Taco Salad

½ - 1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 ½ heads lettuce, green leaf or romaine
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 can corn, drained
1 can kidney or pinto beans, rinsed and drained
½ C shredded sharp cheese
Tortilla chips
Olives, optional
Avocados, optional
Pace Taco Sauce
Ranch dressing

Brown beef and mix with taco seasoning according to directions.

Layer lettuce, meat, beans, corn, olives, avocados, tortilla chips and cheese.

For dressing, mix equal parts taco sauce and ranch dressing.
