Southwest Taco Pie

Crust:

¼ C cornmeal
¾ C flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
1/3 C milk

Roll out and press into pie pan that has been greased and sprinkled with 1 tbsp cornmeal.

Filling:
1 pound cooked ground beef
1 C salsa
1 C grated cheese ( mix in or sprinkle on top)
Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes
